The candidate handbook outlines the board procedures and candidate's rights and responsibilities regarding diplomate testing for the American Board of Chiropractic Pediatrics. Questions can be directed to the board via the contact us page on this site. 

A candidate can apply to take the diplomate exam by completing this form. Additional information may be required at the request of the board. 

Payment for your diplomate exam can be sent via check to the ABCP address listed in the candidate handbook and on the contact page of this site. Once your payment and application have been recieved, you will be notified of your eligibility to sit for the exam.
